Payment Options
VA Simple Services will approach your tasks from a central location, with confidentiality, professionalism and integrity. Don’t pay for bathroom breaks, personal calls, training, equipment, and interruptions – with VA Simple Services, you PAY ONLY FOR ACTUAL TIME ON TASK! Since our clients all have different and special needs, our rates will vary depending on the type of project, therefore we will quote rates based upon the details of each project. Please contact us for quotes or estimates.
Hourly

For services billed at an hourly rate, the minimum amount will be for one hour. Services will be invoiced in 15 minute increments.
Per Project

Rates will vary depending on the project.
Value Packages

Package One: 10-19 hours per month (5% off hourly rate)
Package Two: 20-39 hours or more per month (10% off hourly rate)
Package Three: 40 hours and more per month (15% off hourly rate)
Referrals
Clients who provide referrals will benefit from 10% OFF their next invoice if their referral results in a signed contract.

TERMS & PAYMENTS
- Additional expenses incurred on the client’s behalf, such as postage, supplies, materials, domain name registration etc. will be billed at cost, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- A 50% deposit may be required before the start of project.
- Monthly Services – Invoicing will be done on a monthly basis and payment is due upon receipt following invoicing, unless other arrangements are specified in the agreement.
- GST and QST will be applied to all invoices.
- Payment options include Paypal, business checks, personal checks or money orders ($50.00 fee for all NSF cheques).
- Final proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found and reported within 15 business days from the date the client receives the work, we will make the corrections at no charge.
